That Little Sundress && An Over-sized Sweater

Sorry for the lack of posts this week! I finally finished my spanish project so now I can get on more frequently. Anyways, today I am sick....again. Just like last week, which kind of stinks. Oh well, at least I'm not missing much it's mostly just a review day in all of my classes. So, right now I'm just chilling out in my pajamas but here's what I wore yesterday.
Sweater: Target, Jeans: Macy's, Shoes: Target, Silver Bracelet: The Ex-Boyfriend, Silver bagles: Wal-Mart, Headband: Target? and my cat Ella. haha.

And here's what I wore on Tuesday:
T-Shirt: Target, Dress: Wal-Mart, Boots: Wet-Seal, and a lot of bracelets!

Speaking of Tuesday i finally got to see "He's Just Not That Into You" It was pretty much amazing, I loved it so much and will admit to crying 3 or 4 times haha. I recomend it to ANYBODY, it's so great.

Plaid Yum :-)

Yuk, some Mondays it's just so hard to get movin', today was one of those Mondays. School seemed to drag on forever as well as all of the homework. This post is going to be kind of short due to the excessive amount of homework that I recieved today. I hope everyone had a nice Monday!
Here's what I wore today!
Black Beaded Necklace: Clair's, Pink Spagetti Strap: Kohls, Plaid Jacket: Deb, Pink Bulky Bead Bracelet: Kohls, Skinny Jeans: Kohls, High Heels: Charlotte Russe
Those heels are a killer yet I keep on wearing them so much! And I usually don't buy much from Deb but the plaid jacket was so adorable I just had to get it!

So I went shopping today, at Wal-Mart, haha. I had to get some school supplies so I ended up getting a skirt and a dress (which will be featured tomorrow). My friend Zach actually ended up buying them for me, he's too sweet!
I decided that I am going to wear this bright yellow skirt on the next rainy day!
Well, I hope you all enjoyed the Oscars last night-everyone looked so stunning! I ecspecially loved Miley Cyrus, and Ann Hathaway-their dresses were stunning!

New Obsession: Duffy

I hope everybody had a relaxing Sunday. I for one, sat around all day browsing the internet in some comfy old jeans and a tank. Nothing too exciting. Since I was severly bored earlier I was browsing different Artist pages on myspace when I came across Duffy's page. I am in love with her music, it's so different! I love her songs "Rain On Your Parade" and "Warwick Avenue"-they are both amazing. I also love her style as well, here's some pictures.

So, today I finished "The Catcher In The Rye" it was pretty good, not the best but not bad; it was worth reading I think. I actually read it for a book report so I'm glad it wasn't a complete bore. I'm getting ready to start reading "Breaking Dawn"-FINALLY! :-)

Valentine

Hey everybody, happy Saturday! I hope you all had a fabulous Saturday like I did! I got to play tennis for the first time in a while, I went to a training center with my friend Adrienne for an hour and a half this morning. Here's what I wore after I got home from that.
T-Shirt: Charlotte Russe, Dress: Wal-Mart, Heels: Target (haha), Round Beaded Necklace: Vintage, Oval Beaded Necklace: Clair's, Ring: Charlotte Russe, Bracelet: Target

I was a lot of fun-but tough. Then my friend Zach came over for a while and we went to PetCo with my mom and I bought.....A HAMSTER! She is an adorable dwarf hamster they only get about 3-4inches big! Here she is!

I named her Valentine (Val-En-Teen). Everybody think that its a boys name, but I don't. :]
haha.
I heard this amazing song by Miley Cyrus called "The Climb". I will admit I'm not a bug fan of Miley but that song is really inspirational.

More Polka Dots

Hey everybody! I hope everybody had some lazy time on this fabulous Friday, i sure did! I just dressed in an old pair of jeans and a tee with a scarf-nothing too exciting. Then my friend Giusi and I watched "The Secret Life of Bees". It was so moving, I suggest it to everybody!
Since I "bummed" it today here's my outfit yesterday which consisted of more polka dots and my favorite heels.

Shirt: JCPENNY, Skirt: Wal-Mart (haha), Leggings with zipper on side: Deb, Heels: Target (of course!), Necklace: Maurices, Belt: Target

So, remember the long skirt I was wearing in the previous post? Well, anybody who has a skirt like that can easily turn it into a cute dress, just add a belt! :] (Make sure the skirt won't stretch!)
Be sure to add leggings in case it's a little short in length!

So, I'm sure most of you have heard of Gossip Girl; it is my absolute favorite TV show. I always love the story lines and I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE the clothes. :]
Leighton Meester has to be one of my fashion "icons". Here's a few candids of her I found looking amazing! (as usual)

I hope everybody has a fabulous weekend! :-)

Polka Dots on a Rainy Day

Well, today was pretty crappy. It was raining, sleeting, then hailing-all within one hour, its been like that since this morning. I guess we have to appreciate these kinds of days though because if there were no crappy days then the nice days wouldn't seem as, well, nice! One thing that did make my day a little better was we had a half day today and I didn't even know.

Well, here's what I wore on this cold, rainy day.

Black Turtleneck from Kohls, Skirt from Kohls, Scrunched leggings from Deb, Bracelet from Target, Hoop Earrings from Charlotte Russe, Shoes from Target (yesterdays new item)

I really wanted to wear my new Target shoes today and I love how feminine the skirt and shirt are. I loved how when I added the leggings it brought on a bit of edginess and girly-ness all at the same time. The hoops also added to that.

Today my mom and I went out (again!) and bought our little dog, Shalah, a sweater! Usually I'm opposed to that kind of thing but she doesn't mind it. :]
We put it on her so here's my pictures I got!

I hope everyone elses day wasn't as rainy!

I'm In Love

So, I am pretty much in love now.
I found these AMAZING, and I will repeat-AMAZING-boots by Marc Jacobs.

Marc by Marc Jacobs Slouch Boots $790.00
Obviously I could never really get them, but a girl can dream, can't she?

Well today I ended up not going to school because my stomach hurt (too much valentines candy! haha) but that didn't stop me from going shopping! This is what I wore out.
Wet Seal Top, Aeropastale Jeans, Maurices Scarf, Wet Seal Earrings, Payless Shoes, and A LOT of bracelets.

I love wearing a ton of bracelets, although I usually don't wear that many due to them being a distraction at school!

So I went out with my mom and my friend Zach, we ended up going to Target where I got a pair of adorable black shoes! I ended up going to the thrift shop where I got two skirts, a jacket, and two shirts! Here's a few of the things:

So, as I said before I was home all day...sick. So I had nothing better to do then spend time with my dog, Gunny. He's a labrador mix, he's a cutie! I got some good shots of him. Here he is!

Well, i hope you all had a good day!

Wearing My Favorite Boots

So, this blogging this is still very new to me. Hopefully I will become much better at this, but for now I do not have much to post.

Last night one of my dear friends Tiffany spent the night and we saw "The Uninvited." It was actually not too bad, usually horror movies these days arn't too good. I recomend it for anybody looking for a decent scary movie.

Anyways, basically all we did this morning was play child games like Trouble and Operation.
I must say Tiffany is amazing at keeping a steady hand in Operation!

So today it seemed very nice out, although we didn't realize how bad the chill was until we started to walk. Atleast it looked nice out though.
I didn't have to dress to "impress" today, so I decided to wear my favorite boots :-)

Wearing: Huge sunglasses (unsure of brand or where I got them), old GAP long-sleeved shirt, Maurices vest, Kohls grey skinny jeans, and wet seal fringed boots (my favortie)

&& I was listening to the fabulous Colbie Caillet earlier and came upon this song by her called "Older" that I absolutly adored. You should check it out. :-)

Let's get started

Okay, so I'm Elizabeth-I'm a teenage girl stuck in a small town basically. Fashion is my passion and I plan to make that my future. This will be basically be a place where I put my thoughts and inpirations. I will be posting a lot of my clothes and my pictures. I owuld really appreciate comments. Thank you. :]

<3Elizabeth

I have no new clothes really but this is what I'm wearing today.

Old navy shirt, vintage skirt, macy's tights, target heels, avon necklace, clair's anywhere clip, target bows and hearts bracelet, and wet seal bracelets.

I think that we shouldn't dress to impress anyone but ourselves. We should wear what makes us confident, don't dress for your boyfriend, your family or your friends. You can if you want, but that will lead to unhappiness in the end.
